• Responsible for handling a sales team of West India

• To continuously identify new growth opportunities and formulate & modified sales strategies to optimize sales
• Managing all phases of sales closing & monitoring team performance
• Monitoring promotional activities for increasing market shares & brand awareness
• Accountable for managing the entire gamut of after sales & marketing for the assigned customers
• Visiting customers for the new business opportunity & to discuss regular business activities
• Motivating, training, supervising & evaluating team member
