- Preventive Maintenance Coordination for Products Under Warranty (respect of Planning Established, Distribution of Load...)
- Technical Benchmarking of Competitor Products and Reports
- Coordinate for Reports On Product Improvement Requested By Client
- Improve the Quality and Cost Effectiveness of Installations and Products
- Keep Quality Issues as Top Priority and Organize Traceability of Products from Suppliers (material Certificate) to Final Customers in Collaboration with Logistics/stores Department
- Keep and Update Records of Costs to Set Reference Point and Allow Commercial Team to Budget Prices for Tenders
- Selection and Validation of Subcontractors as per Quality Policies
- Responsible of Service Team Management: Evolution of Service, Recruitments, Competence of Technicians, Technical Training...
